Dear Roald Dahl,

I am writing to tell what effects your book had on me. After I read your book Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, I felt like eating candy so much.  I wish there was a real chocolate factory. I think that it would be very fun to be a chocolateer. I was singing the songs for weeks. I saw the movie before I read the book so I had a very good image when I read the book. Since Charlie was very poor but he found some money in the street, it helped me to see that nothing is impossible. Also, since all the other kids were spoiled, stuck up, greedy, and bad behaved, Charlie won the grand prize at the end. That also helped me to see that nothing’s impossible. You should think about writing a third book.

Sincerely,

Tanya Sanchez
