Dear Mr. Bruchac,

I am reading your amazing story Whisper in the Dark. I love the way you add drama and horror into your story’s.  I also admire how you leave something scary at the end of each chapter.  If I didn’t have school all the time, I would read it until it was done.  I have read three of your stories and want to read more.  My favorite part in the story is when Maddy sees the Whisper in the dark.  It was very exciting at that part of the book.  And at  the end it really got me thinking.  You are an excellent role model for children and adults. One day I want to make books like you.
